When you use the Contact form or request a Free Website Review, you may provide:

• your message or what you would most like to improve; and
• other information you include in a form or follow-up communication.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, health information, or other highly sensitive information through these forms.

How we use submitted information

We use information you provide to:

• prepare and deliver a Free Website Review;
• contact you by email or phone using the method you prefer;
• understand your business needs and discuss possible services;
• operate, protect, and improve the website and forms;
• maintain reasonable business records; and

Submitting a form does not make you a client and does not require you to purchase anything.

Authorized website reviews and AI-assisted analysis

When you submit a website URL through the Free Website Review form and confirm that you own the website or are authorized to request its review, Silver Comet Digital may automatically collect and analyze content from the website’s publicly accessible pages.

Silver Comet Digital may use OpenAI as a third-party AI service provider to assist with the assessment. The information sent for AI analysis is limited to minimized website evidence, the business name, website URL, improvement request, and review instructions. The submitter’s email address and phone number are excluded from the AI analysis package.

No private, authenticated, restricted, login, account, checkout, or administrative areas are accessed. The review does not include security testing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or attempts to bypass access controls.

AI-produced results remain private until Robert reviews them. No assessment is automatically sent to the prospect. Collected website evidence and AI working data are retained for up to 60 days, after which they should be deleted unless a shorter period is requested or retention is required by law. Email and phone follow-up

If you submit a form, Silver Comet Digital may follow up about that request by email or phone. We do not use a Free Website Review request as permission to send unrelated promotional text messages. You may ask us to stop nonessential follow-up at any time by replying to the message or emailing hello@silvercometdigital.com.

Website data, cookies, and analytics

The website and its service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. WordPress, Hostinger, Elementor, caching, security, and form features may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the site.

No dedicated analytics platform was confirmed as active when this Policy was prepared. If Silver Comet Digital enables analytics or advertising tools later, those tools may collect information about site use and may set nonessential cookies. • analytics providers, only if analytics is enabled in the future.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or harm, protect our rights, or complete a business transfer. Silver Comet Digital does not sell personal information submitted through its forms.

Retention

We keep form submissions and related communications only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide a requested review, evaluate a possible project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Collected website evidence and AI working data used for an authorized Free Website Review are retained for up to 60 days. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be deleted or securely disposed of.

Reasonable security practices

Silver Comet Digital uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the type of information collected, including limiting access and relying on established hosting and service providers. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to submit online.

You may ask what personal information you submitted, request a correction, or ask us to delete it.
